I recently moved to Abu Dhabi and my commuter car is due for a major service. Everyone keeps telling me to check out the workshops in Mussafah because they are supposedly more affordable than the dealers but with similar quality. The problem is there are dozens of garages there and I dont know which ones actually know what they are doing with modern engines. I was reading this detailed article online that compared service quality across different UAE industrial areas and it really opened my eyes about what to look for in a reputable workshop. Apparently things like diagnostic equipment and mechanic certifications matter more than just a clean waiting room. Has anyone here had a really good or really bad experience with a specific garage in Mussafah recently? I am trying to narrow down my options before I just pick one at random.
